PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Polyfilla® Wall Tile Grout® is a specially formulated water and stain repellent, ready to use grouting compound for ceramic wall tiles. Recommended for both new ceramic tiling and re-grouting applications.
RECOMMENDED FOR:
Ceramic wall tile joints in tub, shower and kitchen areas; Use to grout newly tiled areas or repair old grouting.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:
Not suitable for applications requiring continuous water immersion; Do not dilute product with water or solvent; Not for use on floor tile grouting or horizontal surfaces;

HOW TO USE:
STEP 1:
Apply and cure above 10°C (50°F). Grout joints must be clean, dry and free of grease, dust and other contaminants. Tile adhesive should be fully cured.
STEP 2:
Not suitable for joints wider than 3 mm (1/8"). To repair any air pockets or cracks, reapply more tile grout once the initial application is fully cured.
STEP 3:
Compact grout into joints uniformly using a hard rubber float, working diagonally across the joints. It is important to work and finish small areas at a time. Apply and remove excess grout with a damp sponge within 15 min.
STEP 4:
Allow the grout to set for another 15 minutes then remove remaining grout residue diagonally across the surface with a damp sponge until it appears clean.
STEP 5:
For rough or textured tiles, apply and remove excess in even smaller areas at a time. When grout is firm in about 1 hour, polish away surface film with a clean, dry cloth. Cures hard in 24 hours.
