HOW TO USE:
STEP 1:
Use above 10°C (50°F). Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of frost, grease, dust and other contaminants. To obtain maximum adhesion, sand or roughen painted or smooth surfaces.
STEP 2:
Apply a continuous bead to all contacting studs or beams or to back of sheets using a perimeter bead 5 cm (2") in from the edge and an "X" bead extending from corner to corner.
STEP 3:
Within 5 to 10 minutes of adhesive application, position the materials and press the panels firmly into place.
STEP 4:
To increase the initial tack, pull the materials apart allowing the solvent to vent from the adhesive for up to 3 to 5 minutes then reapply the materials firmly. This technique will increase the initial "grab and hold."
STEP 5:
Heavier materials, like drywall and thick plywood, will require spot nails and bracing support for 24 hours or until dry. Wait 48 hours before covering project with other materials.
